Pulleys

Power Transmission Engineering in Nottingham stock and supply a comprehensive range of pulleys to suit most applications including V Belt Pulleys, Poly-V Pulleys, Mi-Lock (Bi-Lock) Pulleys, HTD® Pulleys and Metric Timing pulleys.

V Belt Pulleys

  • Can accommodate both wedge and classic V belts
  • Manufactured from high grade cast iron
  • Available in Taper Bore, can be supplied in pilot bore by request
  • A wide range of non-standard styles and sizes up to 2400mm diameter can be produced

Poly-V Pulleys

  • Available in J, K and L sections
  • Manufactured from high grade cast iron

Mi-Lock (Bi-Lock) Pulleys

  • A simple, effective one or two groove pulley system
  • No keyways or grub screws required due to the unique high torque locking system
  • Manufactured from high grade cast iron

HTD® Pulleys

  • Available in sections 5M, 8M and 14M
  • Available in both pilot and taper bore
  • Manufactured from high grade cast iron or steel

Metric Timing Pulleys

  • Available in sections T2.5, T5 and T10
  • Only a vailable in pilot bore from stock but can be manufactured in taper bore by request
  • Manufactured from either aluminium or high grade cast iron
