Engineering Bar Cross Over

In 2019 we were tasked with offering on a full engineering supply of manufactured parts. the customers OEM wanted over £1million to complete the job. Ben Jackson went to site, identified areas we could support the customer and PTE were able to offer a total saving of over £750,000, supplying like for like parts, locally manufacturered, the customer was delighted and issued us with order, and the factory is still running today!

Wedge Belts

We had a customer that was going through Vee and Wedge belts very quickly. Adam Swaby visited site, looked at the application and suggested using a different brand. PTE free issued some PIX branded belts in for a trial. Which proved successful, the customer has now seen a drop in usage by over 70%, meaning a decrease in cost, but a huge increase in machine running time.
