Cam Follower Bearings

Cam Followers (Track Rollers) are rolling element bearings with either an integral stud or an inseparable inner ring for yoke mounting on a pin or shaft.

Cam Followers are either of heavy-duty cylindrical roller, needle bearing or ball bearing construction. Cam followers differ from conventional bearings in that all of the loading is concentrated at a single point instead of being distributed around the diameter or the bearing.

Options include:

• Sealed assemblies
• Crowned outer rings to minimize end stresses
• Caged designs
• Eccentric studs
