Drive Belts

Classic V & Wedge Belts
We hold a comprehensive range of Z, A, B and C section classic V belts, and SPA, SPB and SPZ section wedge belts. We also hold stocks of pulleys and taper bushes at our Nottingham warehouse.

Timing Drives
Imperial MXL, XL, L, H and XH classic timing belts and HTD 3, 5, 8 and 14mm metric drives. RPP and Synchroflex belts are all available next day. Timing Pulleys can be supplied as taper or pilot bore or our machine shop can machine timing pulleys to your specifications.

Special Belts
There are over 600 special profiles available as standard, so whether you need holes, slots, special backings, ground finishes or drive tabs our technical staff are available to discuss your requirements.

Variable Speed Drives
Despite the more common use of inverter drives, variable speed belts and pulleys still play an important role in some applications and PTE can provide both, usually on a next day service.
